The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Boiler Installation Supervisor to oversee and support teams of heating engineers delivering domestic boiler and heating system installations.
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in boiler installations, heating systems and gas, combined with excellent leadership, communication and quality control skills. You will be responsible for ensuring engineers are working safely, efficiently and to the required technical and compliance standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Installation Engineer, Lead Engineer or Supervisor looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role in managing installation teams in the field.

Experience Boiler Installation Supervisors would have prior experience across:
- Boiler Installation Engineers – Installing boilers and complete domestic heating systems to a high standard.
- Heating Engineers – Installation and replacement of central heating systems, cylinders, controls, radiators and associated components.
- Lead / Senior Engineers – Providing technical support and guidance to engineers working on installations.
- Quality Control / Inspection – Carrying out installation quality checks, identifying defects and ensuring work meets required standards.
- Gas & Heating Compliance – Ensuring installations are completed safely and in accordance with relevant regulations and manufacturer requirements.

What You’ll Need:
- A strong background as a Gas Engineer, Heating Engineer or Boiler Installation Engineer, with significant experience installing domestic boilers and heating systems.
- Previous experience supervising, leading or supporting a team of boiler/heating installation engineers.
- Strong technical knowledge of boiler installations, central heating systems, controls, cylinders and associated plumbing and heating components.
- Experience carrying out quality checks, inspections and reporting on boiler and heating installations.
- Good understanding of gas safety, installation compliance, health & safety and industry standards.
- Gas qualifications and relevant experience leading a team of gas, plumbing and heating engineers.
- Previous experience as a Lead Engineer, Installation Engineer, Quality Inspector or Supervisor would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and people-management skills, with the ability to support engineers and resolve technical challenges in the field.
- A professional, organised and customer-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality installations safely and efficiently.
