Go Raw, The Raw Dog Food Specialists are looking for an experienced Retail Area Manager based at our Aberbargoed shop but also overseeing our warehouse and other shop in Newport.
The role is a hands on role so we want someone at home putting items on our website one minute then jumping on a forklift to help unload a pallet to go in one of our walk in freezers the next. You'll also have a great personality to deal with our two legged and four legged customers.
This is a busy role where no two hours of the day are the same. You will work closely with our directors to drive the business forward in all areas from online sales to inspiring attractive shop displays for our customers.
You'll be running a team of 15 over both stores so we need some with a proven track record in management ideal in a pet or equine business but, we can train the right candidate and help build industry knowledge.
This is a demanding role but very rewarding, you'll be coming on board to learn the job ready for our expansion plans for 2027 which will include two more bricks and mortar stores plus a larger online presence.
