We pride ourselves on delivering reliable, professional work and are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our friendly and hardworking team.
The Role
As a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a small team, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Leading a small grounds maintenance team on a daily basis
- Grass cutting and lawn maintenance
- Hedge trimming and pruning
- Weed control and garden maintenance
- Garden clearances
- Soft landscaping
- Planting and mulching
- Communal area maintenance
- Completing work to a high standard
- Ensuring equipment and vehicles are kept clean and well maintained
- Liaising professionally with customers when required
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Previous experience in grounds or garden maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- A positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Desirable:
- Experience operating pedestrian and ride-on mowers
- Trailer licence
- Landscaping experience

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
Occasional overtime may be available during the busy season.
