Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team and maintain high standards of cleanliness across various premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all areas are hygienic, organised, and presentable. Previous experience in commercial cleaning is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, washrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitised and free of dust, dirt, and debris.
- Restock consumables such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed.
- Maintain organisation of cleaning supplies and report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment.
- Follow health and safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Assist with specialised cleaning tasks as required, including carpet cleaning or window washing.
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good time management skills to ensure all duties are completed within scheduled shifts.
