As the Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, motivating and leading a passionate team, and delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. You’ll play an important role in shaping the success of the store while maintaining the high standards we’re known for.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on leadership, with a focus on developing the team, overseeing daily operations, and maintaining a great work atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Supervise, coach, and mentor a small, passionate team of baristas and kitchen staff, ensuring everyone is motivated and supported.
Customer Experience
Prioritise outstanding customer service, ensuring both our service and products meet the highest standards.
Operational Support
Lead by example in food and beverage preparation, cleanliness, and efficient service.
Shift Coordination
Organise and manage shift rotas to ensure adequate coverage and smooth operations throughout the day.
Inventory Assistance
Help manage stock levels and support ordering processes, ensuring the kitchen and service areas are always well-stocked.
Financial Oversight
Assist with cash handling, till reconciliations, and overseeing daily sales.
Training & Development
Guide new staff through their induction and training, helping them develop the skills to succeed in their roles.
Compliance & Standards
Ensure that all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
Team Morale
Foster a positive and fun atmosphere for staff and customers alike, ensuring the team remains engaged and motivated.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for coffee, food, and creating an exceptional experience for both customers and the team.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead by example and mentor a team.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
The ability to maintain a calm and focused demeanour under pressure.
