Oceanway Lifecare Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead and develop our domiciliary care and supported living services.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the service in accordance with CQC regulations.
- Maintain high standards of safe, person-centred care.
- Recruit, supervise and develop care staff.
- Complete care plans, risk assessments, audits and quality checks.
- Manage safeguarding concerns, complaints and incidents appropriately.
- Build relationships with local authorities, commissioners and healthcare professionals.
- Support business development and secure new care packages.
- Ensure the service remains inspection-ready and achieves positive CQC outcomes.
Requirements:
- A minimum of four years’ experience within domiciliary care or supported living.
- Previous experience in a management or senior leadership position.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, or currently working towards it.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and compliance.
- Experience communicating with commissioners and developing new business.
- Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred.

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
