Chartwell Trust Care is looking for a Male Support Worker to provide outstanding support to our residents.
Chartwell Trust Care runs a number of residential care homes and supported living services supporting individuals with complex behaviours, Autism, and/or learning disabilities.
This role is challenging but does bring a sense of satisfaction like no other. You'll be able to think outside of the box, coming up with creative solutions and new ways of working. Seeing our residents gain more independence and improving their quality of life is the best part of the job, these 'success stories' are the reason we do what we do!
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and person centred support to individuals and liaise with other professionals to ensure all needs are met.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and care provided.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
- Drive to various locations as needed to deliver services and support.
