Café Supervisor
We have a position for a Café Supervisor within our Forge Café, supporting the Café Manager and front of house team. Open Tuesday to Saturday (Closed Sunday and Monday, and no evenings)
The role involves working as part of an amazing and experienced hospitality team, overseeing different departments such as Front of house, Afternoon Tea, and the Garden Room. The successful candidate will be required to oversee:
- An efficient and effective service, delivering to a high standard.
- Ensure all customers receive an excellent experience whilst with us
- Ordering and overseeing stock
- Handling cash and reporting
- Prepare and supervise the preparation of hot and cold snacks and drinks.
- Any other duties as required
Desirable experience.
- Customer service experience in a hospitality environment.
- Level 2 Food and Hygiene Certificate.
- Supervisory experience from a hospitality environment.
- Experience of working in a coffee shop, or restaurant.
