We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere within our establishment. Responsibilities
- Serve a variety of drinks efficiently and accurately to customers in a timely manner
- Take orders and provide friendly, attentive service to enhance customer experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware and utensils
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Monitor customer behaviour to promote responsible drinking and safety within the premises
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
- Lone working and as part of the team
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible serving practices is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour when interacting with customers
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy hours
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to team success
- Must be aged 18 or over in accordance with licensing laws
- Must be able to work late nights and weekends
