One Sure Insurance is one of Staffordshire’s most successful Insurance Brokers dealing in a variety of insurance products including motor trade, private car, commercial vehicle, and home insurance. Due to our current growth and expansion, we are now looking to recruit motivated, professional, and enthusiastic Outbound Agents to join our established team.
We are ideally looking for people with the below skills:
- Excellent rapport building and communication skills
- Good computer skills including the use of word, excel and outlook
- Professional, polite and a desire to earn money
- An excellent telephone manner
Your daily role will include:
- Being the first point of contact for many potential and existing customers, whether that be on an outbound or inbound call basis
- Making outbound calls using a dialer system to potential customers who have requested we contact them for a variety of reasons, and transferring these customers to different areas of the business dependent upon their needs
- Generating leads from data provided by the company to promote services that the company can offer
- Handling incoming calls and establishing what service the customer requires and routing them to the correct area of the business
- Capturing and collating accurate data
This job pays minimum wage, however there is an additional uncapped bonus to increase earnings
