As a Room Supervisor you will be role modelling your knowledge and best practice to colleagues and delivering the best learning opportunities to our children.
- You will be responsible for leading a small team of staff.
- You will create and implement positive parent partnerships by communicating effectively and giving regular updates, ensuring every child’s progress is recorded.
- As part of our team, you will ensure your Room is always the best it can be in line with our Policies and Procedures.
- You will hold a full and relevant childcare qualification (Level 3)
- At least 2 years experience working and caring for children under 5
- Passion to deliver high quality childcare and exciting learning opportunities
- Enjoy providing the best service possible to children and parents
