Administrative Assistant – Bradford Head Office
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and adaptable Administrative Assistant to join our busy Bradford Head Office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
About the Role:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will support the Installation Department with a variety of essential administrative and customer service tasks. You’ll play a key part in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and that both our customers and subcontractors receive timely, accurate information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily updates to subcontractors on job progress, changes, and relevant information.
- Create and manage product store notes to support installation and stock control.
- Handle delivery requests when required to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve issues, track progress, and maintain a clear and up-to-date log.
- Carry out courtesy calls to customers to confirm details, provide updates, or gather feedback.
- Offer clerical and organisational support to the wider Installation Department team.
- Track orders, process paperwork accurately, and maintain the customer database.
- Provide information and support to help the business identify improvements and drive performance.
- Deliver excellent communication with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers both in person and via phone, email, and other channels.
