Develop and maintain the Quality Management System across UCC UK&I for the machine business. Gather data and report on field, production and supplier Quality to drive continuous improvement.
The Role:

To develop the UCC UK&I Quality Management System from the ground up, in collaboration with all business functions with a view to achieving ISO9001 certification

Work with all cross-business functions to develop and shape efficient business processes that feed into the wider QMS, eliminating waste

Implement change control to promote change discipline

Implement, monitor and report field and production performance for all UCC equipment, identifying failure trends

Actively collaborate with all New Product Introduction to ensure all market introductions are compliant with market regulations

Actively report on Quality for all key supplier business reviews

Introduce and report internal audit programs to maintain strong process governance and instil a culture of consistency and discipline

Develop internal audit to maintain compliance with regular reporting of non-conformances across all functions

Support and drive a culture of continuous improvement through appropriate tools and techniques

Plan and develop a Quality team, focusing on core responsibilities and a progressive career path

Manage equipment calibration cycles to ensure production compliance and consistent Quality

Assist with adhoc Quality Management tasks as required
The Person:

Ability to develop a Quality Management System to full certification level from the ground up and successfully maintain its effectiveness

Quality Management and Assurance qualification (Desirable)

Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder/people management skills

Development background, with strong organisational ability and experience
