Duties
- Oversee the implementation and management of retail technology systems, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling visual merchandising layouts that align with brand standards
- Supervise a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a high-performance environment
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to create engaging graphics, signage, and promotional materials for in-store displays
- Coordinate the scheduling and organization of merchandising activities to meet deadlines and maintain store presentation standards
- Conduct regular audits of store displays and technology setups to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to organizational guidelines
- Manage administrative tasks such as inventory tracking, documentation, and reporting related to merchandising projects
- Leverage multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse team members and customers across multiple markets
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and time management to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in retail or related environments, demonstrating leadership capabilities
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for graphic design and visual content creation
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to support diverse customer bases and team communication
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Background in merchandising or retail visual presentation is preferred
- Previous administrative experience supporting project coordination or store operations is advantageous
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage workflows effectively
