As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an organised and adaptable individual to join our team in a varied role supporting multiple areas of the business. This is a diverse position offering exposure to several key departments within the company. The successful candidate will assist with fleet operations, vehicle parts procurement, claims administration, and various ad hoc duties as required to support the day-to-day running of the business.
This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, can manage competing priorities, and takes a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Fleet Management
- Assist with the day-to-day management of our vehicle fleet.
- Monitor vehicle availability, utilisation & coordinate exchanges.
- Arrange servicing, maintenance, MOT, and compliance requirements.
Parts Control
- Source and order vehicle parts from approved suppliers.
- Track parts deliveries and manage outstanding orders.
- Liaise with repairers regarding parts requirements and availability.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and supplier information.
Claims Administration & Support
- Assist with the progression of non-fault accident claims.
- Update claim files and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with customers, solicitors, and repairers.
- Support the claims team with administrative and operational tasks.
General Business Support
- Provide administrative support across departments.
- Assist with reporting and record keeping.
- Undertake ad hoc duties as required to support the wider business.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and customer service standards.
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in Motor Industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Programmes.
- Excellent organisational skills & ability to prioritise workloads.
- Strong communication skills.
- High attention to detail & accuracy.
Additional Information
- This role is fully office-based.
- Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Scarva, Banbridge.
