Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
* Conduct business research to understand market trends, industry developments, and client requirements
* Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for digital improvement
* Research digital transformation opportunities across different business functions
* Prepare business reports, analysis documents, and consultancy recommendations
* Support the preparation of client presentations and strategic documentation
* Review existing business workflows and recommend improvements
* Gather, organise, and analyse information from internal and external sources
* Support feasibility studies and business improvement assessments
* Assist with developing digital transformation strategies and roadmaps
* Monitor technology and industry trends relevant to client requirements
* Support project planning activities through research and analysis
Skills and Experience Required
Essential:
* Experience in business analysis, research, consulting, or related fields
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to research and interpret business information
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to prepare professional reports and presentations
* Understanding of digital transformation concepts
* Ability to work with business stakeholders and understand operational requirements
