Business Research & Digital Transformation Analyst
Job Location: London & Greater London Salary: £42000 (based on 37.5 hours per week), full-time
This is a very challenging and skilled role to be responsible for conducting business research, market analysis, and supporting digital transformation initiatives within our IT contracting company. Delivering data-driven insights and driving operational improvement is at the heart of what we do and is key to the success of our operations. Main tasks include:
- 1. Conduct primary and secondary research on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in the IT contracting sector, including UK contractor rates and skills shortages.
- 2. Gather, clean, and analyse quantitative and qualitative data to support strategic decision-making.
- 3. Produce clear, actionable reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and clients.
- 4. Map business processes and support the scoping, planning, and delivery of digital transformation projects, including evaluating tools like CRM, ATS, and ERP systems.
- 5. Track project progress and outcomes, collaborating across sales, recruitment, finance, and operations to meet their data and insight needs.
Required: A master’s degree holder with good overall knowledge of the IT services industry, excellent communication, interpersonal, creativity & analytical skills; proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL); familiarity with digital transformation concepts and business systems; ability to work on your own initiative as well as being part of an established team.
