McBreen Enviro UK, part of the McBreen Group, is seeking an experienced Regional Operations & Commercial Growth Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day operational performance of its UK depots across Warrington, Worcester & Chesterfield.
This is a senior operational leadership role, supporting the business by ensuring efficient execution, consistency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery across all UK operations. This role involves travel between our UK Depots in Warrington, Worcester and Chesterfield.
The Regional Operations & Commercial Growth Manager will lead, integrate, and optimise UK operations while driving commercial growth through service diversification, ensuring the business is scalable, efficient, and less exposed to single-market dependency.
Location Worcester with additional travel to Warrington & Chesterfield as required.

Core Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
- Lead and manage daily operations across all UK depots, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery.
- Standardise planning, scheduling, and execution across all depots
- Improve utilisation of crews, fleet, and resources
- Implement consistent KPIs across performance, productivity, and margin
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures in line with group and UK requirements.
Commercial Growth & Diversification
Develop and grow:
- Facilities Management services
- Industrial services (jetting, CCTV, tank cleaning, environmental works)
- Identify and secure new revenue streams aligned with operational capacity
- Support and enhance existing business development efforts
Sales & Operations Alignment
- Ensure all work won is deliverable efficiently & profitable
- Work closely with Business Development teams
- Improve pipeline visibility and conversion
Strategic Enablement
- Take ownership of day-to-day operational management
- Provide structured reporting and performance insights
Integration & Culture
- Create a unified operating model across all depots
- Promote collaboration, shared accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
- Coach, mentor, and develop teams to achieve individual and collective performance goals.
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
Compliance, Safety & Quality
- Champion health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across all UK operations.
- Ensure compliance with UK legislation, permits, accreditations, and customer SLAs.
- Lead operational audits, incident investigations, and corrective action plans.
- Work closely with Group HSEQ to embed best practice.
Candidate Profile:
Experience Required
- Multi-site operational leadership
- Background in Drainage / Utilities / Industrial Services / Facilities Management
Proven track record in:
- Driving operational improvements
- Generating or supporting revenue growth
- Introducing new service lines
