- Negotiate terms and close sales effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies
- Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, updating records, and maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Provide clear, transparent communication about policy features, benefits, and costs to empower client decision-making
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any questions or concerns
Requirements
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related customer service roles, with a focus on protection products
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms while maintaining client trust
- Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in Spanish and bilingual proficiency, to serve diverse customer bases effectively
