We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Chef de Partie to join our professional culinary team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen. What You'll Be Doing
- Running your section confidently during service.
- Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to a consistent standard.
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Assisting with stock control and minimising waste.
- Mentoring junior members of the kitchen team where required.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally in a high-volume or quality-led kitchen.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Passion for producing great food and delivering an excellent dining experience.
