About the role:
We’re looking for fun and engaging individuals who love getting to know people and what they really want. Someone who can give a guest an exceptional experience through wonderful hospitality. All of this is built on a strong foundation of service skills being time management, section management, product knowledge and resilience under pressure
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take orders in a timely manner and ensure delivery to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floor.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Manage transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Support the setup and breakdown of the floor.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a waiter or in hospitality preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong time management skills.
- Enthusiasm for creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic event environments.
