Person needed to help with indoor property maintenance.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a General Property Maintenance Person, you will be working within a small team for an established local family business.
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual, who can both work independently and as part of a small team. The successful candidate will ideally have experience of painting and decorating, basic roofing and gardening knowledge to provide an efficient and comprehensive maintenance of our large portfolio of properties.
Experience is essential.
One month probation period to be completed before being taken on permanently.
A full clean driving licence is preferred and a van can be provided.
