Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and dependable manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing the progress of cars from receiving delivery to sale, This includes arranging MOT's, ordering parts, taking photos and general pre-sale prep alongside maintaining yard operations, The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring smooth workflow, timely completion of tasks, and efficient yard management. A proactive attitude, good organisational skills, attention to detail and mechanical aptitude are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales from enquiry to handover
- Oversee vehicle prep, photography, and online listings
- Maintain forecourt standards and stock rotation
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues
- Assist with paperwork, compliance, and daily site operations
- Help supervise and motivate the team

- Experience in car sales or dealership operations
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident with admin, CRM systems, and online advertising
- Proactive, reliable, and customer‑focused
- Full UK driving licence
