Experience is not essential for this role. While previous bar experience is a bonus, it is definitely not a dealbreaker. We are much more interested in your attitude. If you have a killer work ethic, a genuine willingness to learn and good craic, we will gladly teach you everything you need to know to become a pro behind the bar.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting customers with a warm welcome and providing excellent, friendly service.
- Preparing and serving drinks efficiently while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
- Keeping the bar area clean, stocked, and looking sharp.
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak periods, while working effectively as part of a team.
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately.
- Helping to create a fun, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
- Following venue procedures relating to customer service, health and safety, and licensing.
