Juno Women’s Aid is seeking an experienced and organised Governance Manager to support our Board of Trustees and Senior Leadership Team.
This is a key role responsible for ensuring effective governance, supporting Board and Committee meetings, maintaining compliance, and helping to strengthen organisational processes. You will work closely with the Chair and CEO to ensure the smooth running of Board business and contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking

Maintain governance records, including registers and compliance submissions

Support Trustee recruitment, induction, and development

Provide governance advice and ensure best practice and regulatory compliance

Act as Information Asset Owner, supporting GDPR and data protection standards
About You
You will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience in governance or administration. You’ll be confident working with senior stakeholders and able to manage sensitive information with discretion.
A commitment to equality, safeguarding, and supporting women and families affected by domestic abuse is essential.
