Essential Requirements
- Proven social housing reactive maintenance experience
- Strong multi-trade skills in occupied properties
- Qualified in at least one trade (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, bricklaying, decorating etc.)
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good understanding of health & safety in residential settings
Role Overview
Carry out reactive maintenance and multi-trade repairs in occupied social housing properties, ensuring high-quality, safe and timely completion of works.
Key Duties
- Diagnose and complete repairs efficiently
- Undertake general multi-trade works
- Communicate with tenants and colleagues professionally
- Complete job records accurately
- Maintain vehicle, tools and equipment
- Follow RAMS and health & safety procedures

- CSCS card
- Asbestos awareness
- DBS check
- Handheld job management system experience
