As the Planning Manager, you will:

Develop and maintain robust project plans aligned with @one Alliance and Anglian Water standards.

Provide strategic planning insight to optimise resources, manage dependencies and mitigate risk.

Communicate key milestones, progress, and planning updates clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across project teams.

Champion health, safety, and wellbeing, ensuring these principles are embedded throughout all planning activities.
We are looking for:

Proven track record in planning major projects, ideally within the water or civil engineering sector.

Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and collaborative planning techniques.

Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage, develop, and inspire planning teams.

Excellent communication skills, able to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making to drive project success.
