We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic E-Commerce Manager to lead and optimise our online retail operations. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with business objectives to maximise sales and brand visibility.
- Manage daily operations of the online store, including product listings, pricing updates, and inventory management using platforms such as WordPress and other CMS tools.
- Oversee SEO optimisation to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, email marketing, social media platforms, and B2B marketing initiatives.
- Analyse website performance metrics using Google Analytics and other analysis tools; prepare detailed reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead content creation efforts, including copywriting for product descriptions, promotional materials, and social media content.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns and optimise ad spend for maximum ROI.
- Utilise Adobe Photoshop for visual content creation or editing as required for promotional purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project management and timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Supervise a team of digital marketing professionals, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in e-commerce, SEO best practices, IT developments, and digital marketing innovations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of SEO, social media management, email marketing, and B2B strategies.
- Proficiency in WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling copy for diverse audiences.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience managing teams or projects within a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with robust analysis skills to interpret data insights effectively.
- Knowledge of IT systems relevant to e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
- A recognised qualification in digital marketing or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
