Summary of Job
- Ensure all Milpharm Sales forecast is updated on Trinamix.
- Ensure all supplier key milestones are tracked and followed up (stock reports, stock meeting to be followed up in timely manner)
- Ensure all Freight forwarding invoices are received efficiently and processed timely.
- Ensure Additional sample request is processed.
- Timely confirmation of MHRA batch numbers to GPVD for complaint logs
- Ensure Alloga Pallet tracker is updated on weekly basis.
- Ensure all PO’s to be placed for APL and short closed accordingly.
- TSS processing and ASN interface report.
- Coordination with customer service for servicing orders for Out licensing Customer
- Ensure all assign tasks are performed is in compliance with GMP, GDP and internal SOP’s.
- Processing of stock transfer requests for rationing and Unrationing.
SKILLS
Computer Skills:-
- Microsoft Word – Excellent
- Microsoft Excel – Excellent
ERP Modules – Excellent (any suitable package)
- Excellent administration skills
- Good communication skills (including International)
- Able to work within a team or on own using initiative.
- Excellent attention to detail
KNOWLEDGE & EDUCATION
- Must have minimum one to four years’ experience in a Supply and Logistics role.
- Understanding of Good Distribution Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices
- Exposure to or experience of FMCG products / pharmaceutical products preferred
- Working knowledge of CHAs (customs house agents)
Educated to a Bachelor’s level
