The Team & Focus of the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Surveyor to come and join our Rural Property Management and Consultancy team in Market Harborough. This is a great chance to get involved in a wide variety of professional work. One half of the role within the team will be predominantly working with landowning clients, providing professional consultancy advice on associated rural management portfolios and wider strategic estate work. The other half will have a focus on Natural Capital and BNG, including working with landowners and farmers who wish to optimise their Natural Capital assets.
This is an ideal role for someone who wants to work as part of a progressive and energetic team, working closely with the rest of our East Midlands Rural Property Management and Consultancy team. Based in Market Harborough, this is a permanent, full-time position based on 37.5 hours. We also operate a hybrid working policy.

Duties will include:
- Working with our existing retained estate management portfolios throughout the East Midlands
-
Leading and developing existing Clients and teams
-
General associated rural professional practice work

Lease renewals and rent reviews, landlord and tenant advice and property management

Accountable for income and expenditure management and delivery of CAPEX and budgeting for our clients

Actively promote and embed Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance in all work

Work with landowners and farmers to identify potential natural capital related income opportunities to compliment their existing business models

Advise organisations and individuals looking to fulfil their environment and ESG ambitions by understanding and defining their objectives
The successful candidate will have...
- MRICS qualified

A training background within Rural Surveying or Natural Capital

Full UK Driving License
