Duties

- Support with food safety practices, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
- Assist with meal preparation for different service periods, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts
- Serve food to customers in a professional and courteous manner when required
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation or culinary roles; restaurant or catering experience is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen hygiene
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required
