Overview
We are seeking an organised Admin Assistant to provide admin support within our office environment.
The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth operating of our office.
The Role
- Answering incoming calls and emails, responding to customer queries promptly.
- Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
- Data entry tasks using programmes such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- General office administration as required to ensure operational efficiency.
Skills required
- Office experience with strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in computer based skills
- Excellent typing accuracy for data entry tasks
- Confident telephone manner
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
