Experienced Driveway Specialist
Location: Newton Abbot, Devon (covering projects across the South West)

Salary: £31,200 - £39,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Driveway Specialist to join their professional installation team.

The business installs a wide range of driveway solutions, including resin bound, block paving, tarmac, concrete and gravel driveways, as well as undertaking driveway extensions and repairs.
The Role
As a Driveway Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of driveway installation from initial ground preparation through to the finished surface, ensuring every project is completed to the highest possible standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Installing resin bound, block paving, tarmac, concrete and gravel driveways.
- Carrying out excavation and groundwork.
- Preparing sub-bases and ensuring correct levels and drainage.
- Installing kerbs, edging and drainage systems.
- Laying paving, blocks and surfacing materials accurately.
- Operating a range of hand tools, power tools and small plant machinery.
- Reading site drawings and setting out projects.
- Working safely and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe.
- Providing excellent customer service while working on residential and commercial properties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in driveway installation is essential.
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- Resin bound driveways
- Block paving
- Tarmac
- Concrete
- Gravel driveways
- Strong groundwork or landscaping background.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- CSCS Card advantageous but not essential.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and pride in producing quality work.
