Steadfast Training Ltd, a successful Ofsted Grade 2 provider and member of the Chartered Institution of Further Education, is currently recruiting a Care / Clinical Trainers to deliver qualifications in Clinical /Adult Care up to Level 5.
As an Adult Care Assessor you will help shape careers, build futures and support apprenticeship learners who are studying up to Level 5 in Adult Clinical/Care. You will be required to travel to visit learners in their workplaces in surrounding areas of Cambridgeshire and Norfolk, a full driving license is essential.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Experience required to carry out the role;
- Hold Assessors Qualification- D32,D33, A1 or TAQA.
- Hold a recognised Teaching Qualification – PTLLS or above.
- Hold Functional skills/ key skills qualifications in English, Maths or willing to work towards them.
- Have a good understanding and the ability to deliver apprenticeship programmes.
- Have a good understanding of Health and Safety, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Safeguarding, and Prevent.
- A Clinical Background is an advantage
- You will have a Full UK Driving Licence and own transport initially
