We're hiring! Operations Administrator
Love turning ideas into polished, professional resources? Join us to combine creativity, organisation and problem-solving in a role that helps our team, projects and services thrive.
At Transform Your Training, we believe in the transformative power of learning. Through our award-winning Training 4 Influence methodology, we work with charities, public services and organisations across the UK to create engaging, values-led learning experiences that help people turn learning into action.
We're looking for an Operations Administrator who enjoys variety, takes pride in producing high-quality work and loves bringing order and creativity together.
You'll play an important role in helping our organisation run smoothly while creating engaging resources, beautifully presented documents, marketing materials and customer-facing content. One day you might be coordinating project activity, responding to enquiries or supporting colleagues with operational tasks. The next, you could be designing a presentation, creating a social media graphic or transforming information into an attractive and accessible resource.
Working across the organisation, you'll support projects, programmes and day-to-day operations while ensuring everything we produce reflects the quality, professionalism and values of Transform Your Training.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being organised, getting things done and using creativity to make information clear, engaging and visually appealing.
You will:
- Provide high-quality administrative and operational support across the organisation.
- Support the planning and delivery of projects, programmes, meetings and events.
- Help maintain systems, records, processes and documentation to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Monitor actions and tasks, helping projects and activities stay on track.
- Create and update presentations, leaflets, brochures, social media graphics and customer-facing resources.
- Use Canva and other digital tools to produce professional, visually engaging and on-brand materials.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns, communications and promotional activities.
- Review and improve the presentation, formatting and usability of documents and resources.
- Respond to enquiries from learners, facilitators, partners and prospective clients.
- Support the early stages of the sales process, including managing enquiries and following up opportunities.
- Proofread, format and quality-check documents, presentations and communications.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and ways of working.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in an administrative, business support, customer service or similar role.
- Loves creating professional, visually engaging documents, presentations and resources.
- Has experience using Canva or similar design software.
- Has a keen eye for design, layout, branding and presentation.
- Enjoys turning information into clear, engaging and accessible materials.
- Has excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Is confident managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Communicates professionally and builds positive relationships with a wide range of people.
- Is proactive, self-motivated and enjoys finding solutions.
- Takes ownership of tasks and follows them through to completion.
- Is confident using Microsoft 365 and other digital systems.
- Shares our commitment to integrity, excellence, fairness, collaboration and innovation.
Experience supporting marketing, communications, websites, social media or customer engagement activity would be welcomed, but we're particularly interested in people who can demonstrate creativity, initiative and a genuine passion for producing high-quality work.
We offer:
- A warm, supportive team where your voice matters.
- A varied role combining administration, creativity, customer support and project coordination.
- Opportunities to develop your skills across operations, communications, design and business support.
- Flexible, hybrid working built on trust and outcomes.
- Access to Transform Your Training programmes and additional professional development opportunities.
- Wellbeing support.
- The opportunity to contribute to the growth of an ambitious, values-led organisation.
