Workshop Welder / Fabricator – Colchester, Essex
We're looking for experienced Workshop Welder / Fabricators to join a busy and growing fabrication workshop in Colchester, Essex.
This is long-term work with CIS direct payment and plenty of overtime available.
The Role:
- MIG welding and fabrication
- Working on a variety of projects including:
- Structural steel
- Architectural steelwork
- Gates & railings
- General bespoke metalwork
- Reading and working from fabrication drawings
- Producing high-quality finished work
Shift Options:
- Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
- Late Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- Weekend overtime available for those looking to maximise earnings.
Requirements:
- Strong MIG welding and fabrication experience
- Able to fabricate from engineering drawings
- Experience with structural and architectural steelwork preferred
- Good attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable with a positive attitude
