We are seeking a part-time, flexible chef to join our small team here at the Long Man Inn.
The Long Man Inn is a thriving free house in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Refurbished in 2023, our pub harmonises a classic village feel with modern comforts. Set in the heart of Wilmington, we strive to create an atmospheric pub to join the local area of East Sussex.As a growing business, we have created a fantastic opportunity for a talented and passionate individual with flair to join our kitchen team. With all local produce and a small, bubbly team, our vision is to keep up with the ever-growing demand for traditional pub food.The ideal candidate will have experience in a kitchen and be accustomed to working alongside the Head Chef and other kitchen staff, with a passion to help drive the kitchen forward.
The ideal candidate will have:
At least Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
Minimum experience of 1 year working in kitchens.
Pay: £13.24 / hr plus tips
Monday & Tuesday 10:00 - 20:30(Our kitchen runs from 12:00 - 14:30, and from 18:00 - 20:00 on Mondays and Tuesdays)
