The Bugle Coaching Inn is a highly successful, high volume pub located in the heart of Yarmouth. We have recently gone through a full refurbishment of our hotel rooms and are now a 9 bedroom boutique hotel alongside our pub and restaurant business.
We are seeking Breakfast, Brunch & Prep Chefs to join our team.
The role will typically involve starting at 6am in the morning, and finishing between 1pm & 3pm.
You will be required to follow recipes to create daily dishes. You will also be required to have a great deal of self motivation to achieve daily tasks.
Additionally, you will be required to cook breakfasts for our hotel residents and non residents alike to a high standard.
Due to the nature of the role we are looking for an experienced chef, who has excellent knowledge of hygiene, food safety and allergen practices as you could be working alone in the early part of the day.

Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour
