We’re looking for reliable, friendly Campsite Wardens to help run our busy site and ensure guests have an excellent stay. This role suits someone organised, practical, and confident working independently. Working on a self employed basis to live onsite (in own accomodation i:e caravan) All ground fees ans utility bills will be covered. You will be required to work the summer season March - October but are able to stay onsite free for the whole 12 months.
Would suit someone who love the outdoors, gardening and interacting with people.
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about the campsite facilities and local attractions
- Manage bookings, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently while maintaining accurate records
- Oversee the organisation of campsite areas, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are upheld at all times
- Upkeep of all the site to ensure the site remains in excellent weed free condition
- Enforce campsite rules and regulations to promote a safe environment for all visitors
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable manner
- Strong organisational abilities to manage bookings, schedules, and site maintenance effectively
- Experience in delivering high-quality guest services with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends or holiday periods if required
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to outdoor sites
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for specific site procedures
