Nursery: Wildflowers Montessori Nursery and Preschool
Age range: 2-3 years
Salary: £28,496 - £29,250 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Nursery open 8:00am–5:50pm. You will be required to work 4 days in the working week.
Location: St Matthew’s Harwell, Church Hall, The Park, Harwell, Didcot, OX11 0HD
Contract: Full-time | Permanent | Fixed-term contracts also considered

The Role

What We’re Looking For
A strong, confident, and caring personality is a must - we pride ourselves on creating a healthy, supportive environment for both children and staff.
- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Experience as a Room Leader or Nursery Practitioner
- Montessori experience or training (desirable)
- A passion for sustainability and eco-friendly practices in early years
- Confident safeguarding knowledge
- Excellent communication skills with children, families, and colleagues
- A kind, caring, and hardworking attitude
- Experience of participating in a regulatory inspection leading to a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ outcome
