We are seeking a focused and professional individual who can work effectively as part of a team while confidently managing their own workload.
The Role
This role involves working across a wide range of bespoke joinery projects, requiring proven capability in producing high‑quality work with consistency and attention to detail. Our workshop manufactures bespoke furniture and custom joinery and due to the variety of projects the successful candidate will need to open and flexible.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce furniture and fixtures from technical drawings.
- Safely and efficiently use woodworking machinery and hand tools.
- Keep a clean, organised and efficient working area.
- Manage tasks confidently while contributing positively to a our team.
- Consistently achieve high standards of finish and craftsmanship.
- Have good communication skills
About You
- Proven background in a workshop joinery environment.
- Strong understanding of bench joinery techniques and processes.
- Confident working from detailed technical drawings.
- Proactive, reliable and well‑organised.
- Committed to producing high‑quality work and meeting customer expectations.
You'll need:
- Focused and professional individual who can work effectively as part of a team while confidently managing their own workload
- Minimum 5 years' bench joinery experience
- Experience of workshop machinery. Training can be provided
- Own tools

Pay: £17.00 per hour plus overtime.
