Join our dynamic legal team as a Family Law Solicitor, where you will play a vital role in guiding clients through some of the most personal and sensitive legal matters. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in family law, providing clear, compassionate advice and effective representation. You will be instrumental in managing a diverse caseload, ensuring clients receive dedicated support throughout their legal journey. Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance on family law issues
- Draft and review legal documents with precision and clarity
- Manage a varied caseload efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and client needs
- Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth case progression
- Conduct negotiations and mediations to achieve favorable outcomes for clients while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with all legal procedures and confidentiality standards
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices within family law to provide current and comprehensive advice
Experience
- Proven experience as a Family Law Solicitor or in a similar legal role specialising in family law matters
- Strong communication skills to clearly articulate complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues alike
- Proficiency with IT systems used for case management, document drafting, and legal research
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Demonstrated understanding of court procedures, legal documentation standards, and client confidentiality protocols

Pay: £42,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
