Job Title: Administrator (Part-Time)
Location: Remote with occasional travel to meetings and events
Hours: 5 hours per week
Rate: £15 per hour
Travel Expenses: Reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed when attending and minuting meetings.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Hospitality Association Administrator to provide administrative support to our association. This flexible, part-time role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience coordinating meetings, events, and communications.
Key Responsibilities
* Book, organise, and coordinate meetings, including venue arrangements where required.
* Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and distribute meeting notes and action points.
* Manage and monitor the association’s Outlook inbox, responding to enquiries and share regular updates to members.
* Create and schedule social media content across relevant platforms to support member engagement and promote activities.
* Assist with the planning and administration of the association’s Annual Awards event, including venue liaison and booking coordination.
* Support the organisation of team-building events and other association activities.
* Maintain accurate records, calendars, and administrative documentation.
* Provide general administrative support to executive members as required.
Essential Requirements
* Previous experience in an administrative or association support role.
* Proven experience booking, organising, and coordinating meetings.
* Experience taking and distributing professional meeting minutes.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and email management.
* Experience creating and scheduling social media posts.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
