Job Summary
SAP Project Manager
Location: London UK Onsite 2-3 days a week

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead medium to largescale SAP transformation initiatives within our London office The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end to end SAP programs across finance and supply chain domains working closely with senior business and technology stakeholders This is an opportunity to play a key role in driving enterprisewide digital transformation in a fast paced global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle SAP projects from initiation through delivery and hyper care
- Manage finance and/or supply chain transformation programs within SAP and related technology stacks
- Define project scope objectives timelines budgets and resource plans
- Independently manage largescale cross functional technology initiatives
- Drive stakeholder engagement across senior business and IT leadership
- Oversee project governance reporting and steering committee updates
- Manage risks issues dependencies and change control processes
- Coordinate cross functional teams including internal SMEs vendors and system integrators
- Ensure alignment with PMO standards and enterprise project delivery frameworks
- Oversee resource management budgeting and project PL where applicable
Required Experience Qualifications
- 10 years of project/program management experience PMPMO
- Proven track record delivering SAP transformation programs ECC S4HANA or related modules
- Strong experience in Finance and/or Supply Chain business processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Experience running steering committees and executive reporting
- Strong knowledge of project governance budgeting and resource planning
- Experience managing largescale enterprise technology implementations
Preferred Qualifications
- High level SAP functional knowledge
- Experience with Microsoft Project and/or similar project management tools
- Familiarity with Monday com or other collaboration platforms
- Background in the music media or entertainment industry advantageous but not mandatory
- PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification
