Salary: £13.00 per hour - can be salaried after probationary period.

We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and versatile multi-tasker to join our team in a dual-purpose role. This unique position combines a job-sharing role of site caretaking, office cleaning, and kitchen support (pot washing and kitchen porter duties). If you enjoy a varied workday where no two days are the same, this is the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Cleaning: Maintain high standards of cleanliness across offices, meeting rooms, and communal areas.
- Site Caretaking: Perform basic maintenance, monitor site security, and handle bin management or deliveries.
- Kitchen Porter & Pot Wash: Keep the kitchen area immaculate, wash dishes/utensils swiftly, and assist with basic food prep support.
What We Are Looking For:
- A hard-working individual with a "can-do" attitude.
- Previous experience in cleaning, caretaking, or commercial kitchen environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent time-management skills to balance different daily tasks.
