Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. This role involves cleaning windows at various residential properties, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation. The ideal candidate will be reliable, have good communication skills, and be comfortable working at heights. Experience in window cleaning is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. A valid driving licence is necessary for travel between sites. Responsibilities
- Clean windows on residential buildings
- Use specialised tools such as squeegees, scrubbers, and ladders to achieve streak-free results
- Ensure all work areas are kept safe and secure during cleaning procedures
- Maintain equipment in good condition and report any repairs needed
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and ensure satisfaction
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes
Experience
- Previous experience in window cleaning or similar roles is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and address any concerns courteously
- Ability to drive safely between different job sites; a valid driving licence is necessary
- Physical fitness to work at heights, lift equipment, and perform manual tasks throughout the day
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
