We’re looking for a passionate, experienced, and inspiring Senior Nursery Manager to lead our beautiful St. George’s Nursery – Footsteps in Northampton. Your Role
As Senior Nursery Manager, you will:
– Lead the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring exceptional standards of care and education.
– Inspire, motivate, and develop your team through coaching, mentoring, and leadership.
– Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
– Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding, compliance, health and safety, and quality.
– Drive occupancy, operational performance, and continuous improvement across the nursery.
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
– Previous Nursery Manager experience or significant leadership experience within an early years setting.
– A recognised Early Years qualification appropriate for the role.
– Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
– Strong knowledge of safeguarding, compliance, and high-quality early years practice.
– A genuine passion for delivering exceptional childcare and inspiring others to succeed.
Salary & Working Pattern
– Monday to Friday
– Full-time, permanent
– Salary up to £40,000 per annum
– Bonus package available
