About Inclusive Support…
Inclusive Support Ltd are looking for enthusiastic, confident and motivated support workers with an interest in working with people with Learning Disabilities and Complex Behaviours to join our team as a Support Worker at our Residential Services in Colchester.
About the role…
As a Support Worker you will join a dedicated team that supports adults who have a range of complex needs, including epilepsy, autism and learning disabilities.
You will support individuals with day to day living within their home and whilst in the community. You will encourage people to make choices, to express themselves, to live as independently as possible and run their own lives as far as they are able or wish to.
Full time work is delivered flexibly across 7 days as shift patterns. Rotas are out 4 weeks in advance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
