Rutledge Recruitment is looking for General Operatives to join a busy meat production factory in Cullybackey, Ballymena.
Duties:
- Operating the Emydex scale system (full training provided) to weigh raw meat products
- Packing meat products in a chilled environment
- Cleaning food hygiene areas, using chemicals or machinery
- Using knives to cut meat
- Reporting any issues or discrepancies to your supervisor
- Following all health, safety, and hygiene procedures, including PPE requirements
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets
- Loading and unloading products
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or a similar role is beneficial (full training provided)
Hours & Pay:
- Monday–Friday: 6:00am–2:30pm
- Weekends off, overtime available
- Starting rate: £12.71/hr
