Applications for this position will be considered by all fee earner types but you MUST have extensive experience in Residential Conveyancing.
The role:
You must be fully capable and confident of running your own residential conveyancing caseload from start to completion. The caseload will cover a broad range of matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, right to buy purchases, assents and transfers of equity. The majority of our purchase instructions come from cash buyers. As a firm we are not reliant on mortgage lender work nor referral agreements. We have a steady flow of organic enquiries and returning clients.
